Additional things to know: Sisters and Liches are like Archons but more squishy, they follow the same Damage reduction script So I would extremely suggest to use High multishot weapons like the Felarx or the Kuva Hek, they can oneshot liches if built on multishot and headshot. It is wise to proc Magnetic on sister's shields since they mainly tank with them. Nor hounds nor Sisters shields can be bypassed by toxin or other damages, they're like overguards. Prefer Difense than Offense, some sisters inflicts heavy damage and radioactive proc (you may be killed by friendly fire) Suggestions: You are not forced to use requiems everytime the sister appears, you can skip them or down them 3 times in order to make them leave. If you don't want to use the Jolly Oull, Phobos is the best place to farm murmurs, when the sister reach level 2, abuse of Phobos good missions (since they have no interception or excavations) If possible wait to get as many murmurs as possible from earth and phobos (they are the easiest tilesets) before attempt the finisher

I wanted to make sure the others who watch this video and read these comments to this one to also know that converting a sister also means you can add the sister to your rail jack crew and she'll come help you out if you have died multiple times or once while in mission.

Keep in mind if the lich or sister has an ephemera you get it whether you kill them or convert them

If you still dont know, you do the granum void (go to hydra and use the gold hand with highest tier crown) and kill 25 of the ghost guys. That spawns the weapon carrier in that mission. If you like the weapon, then mercy them and it spawns a sister, else do another granum run. Make sure you have all of the requiem mods before starting or else you will have to do some req relic runs to get them.

Personally, I use either the felarx and phenmor with magnetic. It's just so goofy how fast they melt.

I noticed that the Laetum is fully evolved. Did you make specific evolution choices to optimize it for Liches and Sisters?

"Pray you get an ephemera", trust me I've been doing sacrificial ritual for 15 times for nothing

If you’re ever not sure toxin is always a safe bet for primaries or if you don’t want to always use slash viral builds use cold or radiation for mini crowd control especially on aoe

Pretty much toxin for every single weapon except like maybe 3. You'd want I think magnetic on the kuva nukor since it's always used as a primer, allowing you to get more elements on it. I think it's fire for the glaxion too. Don't remember though.

i wish guides like this would mention about the Melee weapons which apparently you have to farm Corrupted Holokeys (which can be done via the lich confrontation the more players the more keys) to purchase them from Ergo Glast which is really dumb and very unintuitive. i remember seeing a sister of parvos offering a melee weapon but i may had miss read or something. Also, from what i understand, while you can basically get infinite of the primaries and secondaries, once you purchase the melee Tenet weapon from Ergo Glast THAT'S IT, you cannot purchase that weapon ever again, you will never acquire another of the weapon to do the Valence Fusion thing to increase the weapons %.

Zenith crown only if u already have a lich they won’t spawn if hand is close to extract 100m don’t do it

Do you need to have unlocked the rail jack star chart to confront the sister? I have 5 on intrinsics but I can't get past the orphix mission on Venus Proxima so I have almost zero rail jack progression.

I'm assuming you only play solo, or you aren't modding your railjack. This was a while ago, but still dude. There's more to your railjack than intrinsics. You legit get mods for it and better weapons you can repair with parts you find on missions. My guns rn two burst high level ships. Bop Bop

@@Rannis_Consort I play warframe fairly casually I haven't played since Gauss Prime came out - i should get back to it at some point - To be honest the whole sister of parvos/lich mechnic seems overly complicated I built a railjack when it first came out but I didn't really enjoy the railjack game play so as I said in my post I have never invested anything into upgrading my railjack. As far I know the main appeal to trying to kill a sister of parvos is weapons the sister can drop from what I remember you get better weapons doing the Duviri Circuit then trying to kill a sister, maybe that has changed. Last time I played the game seemed to be heading more into the Deimos Sanctum area, with stuff like Netracells so it feels like railjack stuff is going to get less and less relevant.

The only thing I could think of is if you have an active kuva lich then a sister candidate will not spawn.

Cant get candidates to spawn despite following the guide. Run 8-10 zenith voids with 25+ kills and no sister candidate after. Apparently you cant have a lich and a sister active at the same time so thats several hours of grinding wasted.

Supposing you don't have another lich active, you must deal the damage to the candidate (if other players shoot it, you'll lose the chance) Be sure to hold the button, just tapping won't work. If these things don't work, it's probably simply a bug... The game is a den of bugs afterall.

sir the oull strat worked beautifly! got me first sister at the second stabbishment, ngl these girls are easier to farm than liches, and also the hit harder, as corpus do of course... oh and the contagion strat i must try it next for me fire progs, thanks for the tips

If it takes too long to find the golden hand to go into a lot of the time the candidate won't spawn for some reason. If you find the hand fast once you start the mission the candidate will always spawn. It's some sort of bug and I don't know how long you have before it's too late but I'll run hydra and if I have any trouble finding a hand for awhile I extract and do it again until I find the hand fast. Also if the gold hand is close to extraction it doesn't work.

Okay, I've FINALLY figured out the issue. It's a bug that still hasn't been fixed after ALL these years and yet it was hard to find anyone saying this bug still exists. Basically if you're having trouble spawning the candidate and have tried everything else, make sure you use the golden hand early on in the mission. My issue has always been that I get the crown first, then use the golden hand. So by the time I do the challenge, I'm already nearing the end of the mission and thus the candidate won't spawn. Maybe this is intended, but either way it would be nice if this was communicated or at the very least on the wiki, since we all know DE wants you to figure everything out with google and reddit instead of explaining anything to you.
