Hello. Not always but it's an easy way to get a rough estimate. If the product is in the standard tier, shipping is typically around $4-5/unit.

According to an experiment, JS gives most accurate figures with around 25% SD? AMZ scout ranked 10th OR something.

I don't suggest evaluating niches using keywords other than the main keyword. You can use slighly less popular keyword phrases to help judge the overall strength of the market but base your decision on the main keywords.

After chatting with a lot of folks here at CES, I’m hearing that many of the Chinese factories are now selling directly on Amazon US now. That’s how they’re able to sell many of these items for much lower than US sellers ever could.

Not sure if you spoke about it in this video. But you suggest bundles to increase sales. My question is, does a bundle get its own barcode? Does the 2 different items need to be together during shipment or can they meet eachother at the FBA warehouse?

Alibaba is considered by most of the Chinese companies that I work with to be more B2C. Especially for electronics and accessories. What you need is the B2B platforms to have any chance at being competitive unless you have really differentiated and diversified your products.

Hi Crescent, on a previous video from 2018 you mentioned that a new listing is anything below 6 months. But here you mentioned that is anything between 2 or 3 months. I've found a product which has a low demand and high competition when I search the wider name of the product, but when I add "6 pack" to the search, the result gives me a high demand and low competition. I'm glad you find value in the content. Yes, all the product research criteria still hold true. The 75 max isn't set in stone, as long as the majority of the listings have less than 75-100.

Do I have to launch a product Each time I want to sell a product in a different category, in order to create reviews on it. Can a trademarked company create several brand names and sell under their company trademark?

1) Yes, each product needs to be treated individually. 2) No, a trademark applies to whatever the registered trademark/brand is. If you want to use multiple trademarks/brands, you need to register them.

Helium 10 Chrome Ext and AMZ Chrome ext give me extremely different numbers for the same product/searchterm. I understand this is a rough estimate - but why sometimes would it be so drastically different?

You'll find this happening with all the tools. They all use their own proprietary algorithms. They should all give you the same over all picture of a niche and use your best judgement to decipher the data.

Yes, the criteria is the same for all countries. The only difference would be lower sale volume for marketplaces outside the US.

Hello. I use both software packages. They each have their own set of tools that I find helpful. If you can only afford one, I suggest the Jungle Scout suite.

There definitely is but it's the business model I do or teach and I personally don't think it's the best way sell on Amazon.

Hello, thanks for your support, I appreciate it! The Pro extension is the Chrome Extension only. If you want access to the web app/product database and other tools, you'll need the bundle.

@@CrescentKao Thanks for that so just to be sure the Chrome Extension App does everything you showed in the above video on it's own. For example it has the FBA Calculator, Find it on Alibaba and the age of the product with its own built in Keepa etc and if so is your 20% off code still valid as it is over a year old. Cheers Craig

Yes. Everything you see me using in the chrome extension is included as part of the chrome extension. Whatever you see me using in the web app is part of the web app. And yes, the coupon is still valid.

I use both tools as each has unique tools that I like to use but if I had to choose one, I'd go with Jungle Scout.

wWatching your wonderful video and I am on amazon.com/ideas and then you say click on AMZ Scout....but where to click on it? Is it installed visually where one can see it while on the amazon.com/ideas because i had purchased it? or how does it work? Am kind of an idiot about the computer. I want to purchase either annually or monthly. Your tutorial videos are awesome. Ann Skelly

Hello, I'm glad that you're finding value in the content. You need to purchase AMZ Scout or Jungle Scout to use the tools. They both have trial versions for you to test. I also have links to coupons in the video description.

Every product research tool is going to give estimates and no one tool is going to have the most accurate data across all the products on Amazon. If you test a set of listings, one tool might be more accurate but if you switch the set of listings, the other tool might be more accurate. You have to analyze the niches as whole and each tool will provide the same overall picture for you to make an informed decision on the market.

What if i only wanted to profit say 500$ a month how would i adjust my jungle scout search numbers?

I don't suggest setting the bar so low. The risk vs reward is too high.

Sir i got a question , when u said about google plugin after u open product to see there ranks & it said there more than 1000 days old , but after that u said u would consider to " get on this poduct because they are relatively new and seller has not been reach it " my Question is 1000 days old store or product shouldn't be cosider as old enough on Amazon to competes . It does not.

I have a question: if I want to sell a product in another category do I have to launch it again to get reviews. For example I launched yoga pants, then a month or so I want to sell children’s dresses do I have launch this again together reviews aa d I have to create different brand as well to promote this new product. This will repeat eif I want to sella a different product each time .
