I implemented no contact and it totally worked for me. I stayed in no contact until he put himself in my space. During my process I went within and worked on myself and meditated.i had to let go, work on me and make myself my own happiness and either way O would be good because I had me and once I did that he came chasing with a vengeance

One thing I’m sensing is... it is all from within. You need to communicate to the universe through your inner world, self talk, thoughts, etc. that you are abundant and open. It is when we chase outside of ourselves or feel the need to do strenuous work that we begin to lose ourselves. It is this sense of knowing that our inner realities are dominant and we have so much power than we know.

You don't need communicate the the universe because there not such a thing doing it for you, its you.

I’m not a teacher but I’ve got 30 years experience with this. And from that place I can tell you that she is 100% correct. When fear or desperation or obsession are in play - those are lower vibrations- you are actually in a repelling mode. Do what she says, work on yourself, and will turn things around.

I’ve finally gotten to a place of “whatever happens, happens” and I’ll be good either way. If I think of my sp, I think of happy things or funny things my sp did or said. When I have these thoughts I just say that I hope they are happy. It’s taken me 2 1/2 months after breaking up to get to this place ❤️

Sarah I’ve just been broken up with. It’s been just over a week but I went to see her the last two days (she actually didn’t want to see me but I really wanted to see her) I’m just weak I guess. Anyway today as been one of the hardest days and I just can’t wait for happier days. We was together for almost 2 years and we broke up a few days before our 2 anniversary which was very horrible. I just want the pain to stop :(

Jamie Thornhill I’m sorry you are experiencing that. Going through a breakup anytime is hard but especially hard when we are all in quarantine. Try and keep busy the best you can.

Well explained!! Makes sense!! I am in no-contact with him, I didn't feel the need to text him, I am trying to manifest a new love, as of now I am working on my deep rooted anxiety and meditation for my inner peace!!!

❤❤❤ Since I got to living with the end/wish fulfilled, I feel so calm and a great feeling of he is mine. At the beginning of the year, I was waiting for a message or a call from him, constantly checking my phone, and it was stressing me out. Now I feel so relaxed about easy about living in the end, I actually decided to delete his number recently, knowing he is mine, I don't need to think about it. I'm feeling so relaxed and happy right now, and it has all come from living in the end, and feeling it real. I have so much fun visualizing with him, and knowing all the amount things we are going to do. Thank you for your brilliant videos. 💕💕💕💕

I did the self love workshop and learned so much. I have grown so much since. I have went back and rewatched it as well just to stay on top of it. Currently in a state of no contact but I feel it coming to an end super quickly. I also feel okay. I’m peaceful, I’m content. I’m focusing on me while I wait for my manifestation to unfold in its perfect little way. Super interested in the ebooks. You can never have too much knowledge on how to love the life you desire!

I feeling the same way. I’m excited what the future ends. I’m in no contact since 11/23/21 If he reach out then so be it and if not. I’m good. I been trying to read and meditate and paint. I been trying to become better at work. Work is fun too! Everyone is chill. So, I don’t think about my sp because I’m focusing on me.

My SP thinks about me all the time and I am not chasing her she can contact me. I am good no matter what. I love her, if she can text my sister happy birthday after 4 months of no contact, she checks my social media and likes my photos. I deserve more and better, I intend for her to reach out and build a better relationship with me .

Feeling good about being in no contact is hard in the beginning of a break up but after a few months it gets better. That’s why I liked no contact. By not contacting you start to feel better about yourself..self love... once you have self love and aren’t in lack or desperation and fear you can do a better job manifesting him back. Unfortunately you need patience for these things. Good luck

Absolutely..although still I face some weird moments of anxiety, but most of the time my inner voice says "No matter what will happened, you will be okay to enjoy the journey of the life mate and nothing is responsible for your happiness or sadness but you. So lets cheer up and dont worry, she will catch you very soon". I really feel relieved now a days. I stopped stalking in all social medias for a long time and having no interest on those anymore until she pings me again. I am happy and doing my self development works. Your videos are just awesome Shelly. Thank you so much for all the inspiring words.
