HOW TO DO HURDLE DRILLS OF PLYOMETRICS?

Hurdles are an essential part of track and field, requiring athletes to combine speed, agility, and technique. Here's a simple drill you can follow:
Warm-up: Start with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your muscles for the activity. This could include light jogging, leg swings, high knees, and arm circles.
Set up the hurdles: Place the hurdles evenly spaced apart on the track. For beginners, start with lower hurdles and gradually increase the height as you become more comfortable.
Technique focus: Begin by practicing the proper hurdling technique without actually jumping over the hurdles. Focus on your lead leg action, trail leg action, and maintaining a forward lean while driving your knees up.
Over-the-hurdle drills: Once you're comfortable with the basic technique, start practicing going over the hurdles at a slower pace. Focus on clearing the hurdles cleanly and landing softly on the other side. Pay attention to your form and rhythm.
Speed work: As you become more confident, start increasing your speed while going over the hurdles. However, prioritize proper technique over speed. Gradually work on increasing your speed while maintaining good form.
Recovery: After each repetition, take a short break to catch your breath and recover. It's essential to stay hydrated and listen to your body to prevent injuries.
Cooldown: After completing the drill, finish with a cooldown consisting of light jogging and stretching to help your muscles recover and prevent stiffness.
Repeat: Repeat the drill for several sets, gradually increasing the intensity and difficulty as you progress. Always focus on maintaining proper form and technique throughout the drill.
Remember, consistency is key when it comes to improving your hurdling skills. Practice regularly and be patient with yourself as you work towards mastering this challenging event.

Thank you so much mam for the video , Mam I have a doubt and I really need your help with that , mam I am preparing for CDS and September mein exam hai and it's my first attempt and mam i have to fill form in 1-2 days kyunki 4 June ko last date hai form fill krne ki and mam mein OTA ke liye apply Krna chahta hu and mam mera doubt ye tha ki kya hum service ko extend kr skte Hain 14 years se zyada agar OTA se officer bane ho toh if yes then on what basis extend krva skte hain apni service , please mam 2 minutes nikaal ke reply kar dena it'll be really helpful for me .
