Love the tip about using acetone around the base of the tip, and not needing to soak everything right off each time. The design is next on my agenda! Love it😊
Amazing tip. I always wanted to try that but was afraid it would cause lifting. Im definitely trying this next time on a set. It looks seamless! ❤❤

You can use regular gel base coat to apply gel x tips?? I thought you needed builder gel?
Hi! What base coat did you put on before putting on the nails? Is that step nesesary?
Is there a difference between using the brush to apply acetone than using a lint free wipe? v insightful video btw! I love!

The brush just makes it more precise. So your able to get in the crease and melt away any small pieces!
what gel polish for the pink nude ?
what is the nail bit called, the one you used to file down the old gelx set

I currently use Gelish foundation, but any flexible base coat/ rubber base coat will work!
I love that idea of rubbing alcohol around the perimeter to melt them together. I'll try that. Also, second question, did you completely remove the previous gel X tip and just leave the base coat on her nail? You said you left a little product on her nail was any of it the previous gel X tip?

Thank you! It was acetone that was rubbed around the edges nor alcohol, but I file down to the gel base coat. I completely remove the tip from the nail!💗
