I was always taught to start at the pinky nail and work towards the thumb. Reason being that we use our pointer and thumb fingers more then others so it’s for stability.

Omg, same! The first time I tried a simple design it took me about 5 hours including prep time, I felt very discouraged, but loved the outcome. Being able to do our nails in the comfort of our home is a plus; it’ll just take a little longer ❤ Thank you ! 💅 💗

you're definitely not alone, haha. i took AGES when i first started doing my own, and i thought i'd get faster as time went on. some things have sped up, but the art takes me eons still. i think i just work super slow because i'm such a perfectionist, and if something is off, i insist on redoing it :'))))

It usually takes me at least 2 and maybe 3 days! 😂 1 to remove and one to do the base nails. 3 if I want to do more than straight polish.
Beautiful !!! I started doing my own nails and I thought it was just me that sat there for hours. I'm a bit of a perfectionist as well😊

Hi! 🌸 everything I use in this video is linked in the description box above. Most things will be found on my Amazon store front 😊
This set came out fire. Love them. So beautiful with all the details combined with all negative space on alternate nail tips was a great. The transparency on time you put in to do them was realistic & you had loads of patience to get through 7 hours as you did other things in your day.

Thank youuu. I wasn't even looking for nails, but I bought a set of gel colours and did these, and they came out so good. But i feel you on the 7hours. French tips are not easy and mine are no where near as clean as yours. Deffo a new subbie, Keep posting 💅
Beautiful work! I love the color, design, and nail shape. 💅 💕
They are beautiful. Thank you for all the tips
Beautiful work hun! There’s nothing messy about it. 😍😍😍
They turned out so nice!!
Love your ring!! So precious!!
Thanks for including the removal process as well, had been looking and you’re the first! Nice job 🎉

New to your channel, 1st video. I've been doing gel & powder dip for many years but wasn't really getting good results so i started watching videos just a few months ago. Wow, what a difference it makes! I'm using gelx type nails & finally found how to get them to stay on longer than a week, even wias rough as i am on my nails. I am really struggling with designs still even after watching a video but this design looks pretty easy. I'm saving this for the spring. Now i have to find a nice fall look that'll last me 3-4 weeks.
The primer on the inside of the nail to edge it is new to me instead of literally edging it with the file or bit inside..ima have to try that thank you. Started doing my nails 4 months ago & I find videos that are very informative to me I love to experiment & try any & everything new w/my nails again thank you😊great video
they are so prettyyyy.
I just did my first set of Gelx nails over the weekend and this video was so helpful! Your nails came out very pretty! ❤
These are so cute! But what I really love is that it took you 7 hours. I don't feel bad now, because my sets take just as long. I am praying for the day when I can do it in 2-3 hours.

I will not beat myself up anymore... u want perfection and healthy cuticles do it great 1st time round even if it takes abit of time😘❤️⚘️

Absolutely gorgeous!!! Your nails come off so easy. It's a pain in the butt for me. I don't think I'm saturating the cotton round enough. Also, I've been seeing a lot of people file towards the cuticle part of the gel x nail. I'm going to try that. It really does look flawless.
@YalianaEnid
Жыл бұрын
Yes, make sure it’s saturated or you can try the bowl method and see if that works better for you. And since I started filing the cuticle area I have definitely seen a difference in how seamless they look 🙌🏽

You have to file off your top coat first, or else the acetone will not penetrate the acrylic at all

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who takes a whole day to remove and add a new set of nails lol

Super fresh
They look nice but be careful about which bits you use for your natural Nail... 5in1 coarse is too harsh on the natural nails...
@osopetty1761
Жыл бұрын
It wasn’t her natural nail, obviously it was product she was filing off so she could do a soak off, which she stated in the video. Pretty sure she knows not to use a carbide bit on her natural nails. That’s just common sense
