Notpolish Dare You is probably my all time favorite nude. It has a beautiful fine shimmer to it, but I’ve actually layered a coat of DND Dirty Dancer over it (when I didn’t want the shimmer) and it’s a dream of a combo ✨

I will say they are more of a medium length which I like. I know you love the longer lengths but they are a nice slim medium square!

I have tried the overlay method twice, both times with builder gel, and it’s soo messy. Do you find just using a base coat is a better alternative?

It depends on the thickness of the base gel. I like it to be a medium thickness. If it's too runny it drives me crazy lol. Are you using a builder that is in a bottle or jar ?
