Hello Nipun....I got little confuse...bcoz many a skin expert says that its okay to use retinol based cream or tretinoin next day at night....if it's part of your skin care but you mention there should be a gap of 1 week.... Between chemical exfoliation if we use retinol at night in our skin care...coz in every 7 to 10 days I use chemical exofiliator...so how can I add my retinol in my skincare?? What exactly I do is ...I use my tretinoin 0.025% two times in a week...after double cleansing followed by a moisturiser...other 3 days I only do double cleansing and followed with moisturiser...and once a week I do chemical exfoliation. ..and one night I just dont apply anything on my face I just double cleanse...and put cold aloevera gel on my face...I just give break to my skin...

Dear skin cycling is influencers trying to confuse you. Always remember chemcial exfoliant like aha/bha/pha to be used 2/3 times a week at night alone. Retinol 3/4 times a week or as much as your skin can tolerate. See my videos on layering skincare, and retinol all routines are based on the principles of skin cycling but I like to keep it simple ❤️
