A-twist are strange, you do a 360 but your body lands only halfway... BRAIN EXPLOSION

Lucas Boisneau If you think of it only as a front flip it's A 180 but if you think of it as an aerial it's A 360 because you land on the same leg instead of switching to the other leg like an aerial

lol. I learned how to do an Atwist on a trampoline while trying to learn double legs. it didn't go well but I learned a new move.

I'm not getting the difference between the a-twist and the b-twist. It looks like the only difference is an a-twist dips before the twist and a b-twist swoops before the twist.
A-twist is like an aerial 360°
I twist to the right but jump with my left leg pls help
