I got my aerial about 6 months ago and let me tell you, it was a very long frustrating journey to get there. It took me about two years and I felt like giving most of the way because nothing was working. KZread tutorials won't help. Trust me. I watched just about every aerial video I could and none of them helped. The best advice I can give you is to really push to get your body as high in the air as you can instead of worrying about getting your legs over. I can not stress this enough. Get a good 2-3 runs, a really high (again focusing on going higher in the air rather than going forwards) and powerful hurdle (preparation jump), and push off as high into the air as you possibly can. Good luck, I really hope you can get it soon cause I know how hard and frustrating it is :)

Thanks to your tutorial, I am so close to mastering the aerial. Thank you!
You're a great teacher❤️
how the hell does she make it look so simple, I can hardly do one off a spring board 😭
Aerials are my dream. But the more I try the less I fell I can do it 😭 I am very flexible I don't know what I am doing wrong 😔 Anyways, Thank you so much for this. I will try again 😔
