I saw my period in may and that's the last time I see my period and am three months gone I try test at home and it came out negative I also go and do ultrasound in port maria and the ultrasound say's it's positive but no baby September coming same way and no period so I'm wondering if the ultrasound machine is not good or what I'm confuse

Maybe you don"t really know how to calculate your cycle, safe period and ovulation day. because if you have a 31 day cycle the time you had sex was not within your fertile period

For sure a woman with PCOS can get pregnant even without medication. Now it could be the ethinor which has cause the distortion. But if you had an irregular periods before then missing it for 10 days shouldn't be strange to you
