A hurdler is an advanced level cheerleading move that every cheerleader must master. Body strength, balance, and control are all necessary to perform a perfect hurdler. So I have the sets with the green and red bands at the school I coach at, also have been asked to start training the cheer team, which bands should I use to start on these movements or do we need more specific bands? We have 45 sets currently.
