Easy. Step 1. Dislocate both arms Step 2. Tear both rotator cuffs. Step 3. Do the handstand.

@@alanequi2786 My issue with hollowback handstands is the tremendous amount of pressure being put on the lumbar and c-spines. The neck can hyperextend, increasing the risk of torn arteries. I've been practicing yoga for seven years, putting me techinically at the start of my intermediate training. Yoga is supposed to heal, it's not gymnastics.

@@katerose3304 For me, hollowback handstands are a more fun and more advanced way to practice back bends than the wheel pose or the camel. The other day, I did notice some slight discomfort in my neck, but only after doing way more hollowbacks than normal. So far it doesn't seem to be a move that is likely to cause serious injury, but thanks for the warning!

15 jan will be my first practice day for both...I can do ha dstand 15 seconds I do have hamstring flexibility bridge headstand no problem I expect result in 4 weeks ...we will see....for mee this tuturial and this stuff is the best ever I have seen others doing this before but now to see a tutoriol doning slowly well I can see the benefits for mee...manny manny bebefits...thanks thanks thanks!!!

Trying to train for planche but I'm feeling some weakness in my rotator cuff and resulting impingement at the supraspinatus. I don't wanna just passively recover. Would training the hollow back handstand strengthen the rotator cuff?
