It can last up to 3 months.
How did you maintain this style and the night time routine?

First I section the hair off, then I brushed from the bottom of the hair to the root, then I twist each section, then I added a scrunchy at the bottom. Then I put on my scarf followed by my bonnet and that is how I maintained the routine .I do this every night.

Wheeew this is a good one. You can rope twist the hair and twist/finger roll your leave out. Some what like a pin curl for the leave out.
