What do you use to attach the balloons like the tiny balloons and the bottom part it looked like a rubber band ?

Hey love , I was wondering if any of your balloons are doubled? I experience my balloons popping a lot. I use the same balloon brand as well.

Hey! None of the balloons in this install are doubled. I never really have any issues w/ mines popping at least not an excess amount. Maybe your are over inflating your balloons.
Is that Cameo color like a baby pink?

Yes!!! Lighter then baby pink though depending on the color you put it next to. Super Pretty!!!
