Bago lang ako rito hehe subok lang po. Sinend ko na rin kasama solution ko baka sakaling may matutunan din kayo sa kung paano ko sinolve♥️ 8 3/4 ÷ 2 5/8 First gawing improper fraction Denominator multiply by whole number tapos add yung product sa numerator..after non copy lang yung denominator 8×4=32 32+3=35 So yung 8 3/4 ay magiging 35/4 Next naman yung isa same procedure 2×8=16 16+5=21 2 5/8 ay magiging 21/8 35/4 ÷ 21/8 Next step gawing multiplication ang operation at yung second fraction ay babaliktarin So magiging ganto sya... 35/4 × 8/21 Dahil malaki yung mga numbers pag minultiply.. lowest term nalang kasi pwede naman Tulad nung 4 and 8 at saka 35 and 21... Pero isa isa lang para hindi malito.. Yung 4 and 8 muna so magiging ganto yung fraction 35/1 × 2/21..divide both side lang by 4 which is Greatest Common Factor(GCF) Next naman yung 35 and 21..same procedure 7 ang GCF magiging... 5/1×2/3= 10/3 (Reminder lang po, mas maganda kung kabisado nyo ang mga rules pagdating sa division at kung hindi pa sanay dito mas mainam na basic lang at sundin yung ginawa ko. Kasi masyado syang mabilis pero worth it pag nagawa mo na sya) (Bakit need malaman ang rules ng fractions? Kasi minsan nagkakamali sa kung ano dapat ang ilowest term kasi magkaiba ang fraction na ginamit..yung nasa kabila..yung isa naman nasa isa.. so mahirap na at baka magkamali pa kayo, yun lang hehehe) 10/3 ay pwede na syang final answer pero tignan pa rin ang direction or ano ba talaga ang hinahanap..minsan mixed fraction ang hinanap..pwede rin may units..like centimeter or what kung word problem yan..so tignan mabuti.. Kapag nakakita ng fraction sa test, quizzes or activities, sumusuko na agad tulad ko hahaha. At arithmetic level, students usually are asked to convert an improper fraction to a mixed number. At algebra level, no need to convert. Skill already learned. Only convert if needed for some further operation. An improper fraction is poorly named. It’s a legitimate number. If something cost 2 dollars, I can pay with 8 quarters.

I was taught to simplify the 28/5 divided by 7/3 … by reciprocal the 7/3 to 3/7 then simplify the 28 and 7 by division then multiply

The answer to the second problem is 3 1/3. 35/4 ÷21/8=35/4×8/21=280/84 or simplified to 10/3=3 1/3.

8 3/4 ÷ 2 5/8 35/4 ÷ 21/8 35/4 × 8/21 35 becomes 7 over 4 becomes 2 Times 8 becomes 4 over 21 becomes 3 equals 28/6 = 4 4/6 = 4 2/3.

8 & 3/4 and 2 & 5/8 Convert to improper fraction 8 is the same as 32/4 and 2 is the same as 16/8 [(32/4)+(3/4)]/[(16/8)+(5/8)] is equal to (35/4)/(21/8) Multiplying this improper fraction by (8/21)/(8/21), we get (35/4)(8/21) and that is equal to (70/21) which we can reduce to (10/3) but because the problem starts with improper fraction, the appropriate final answer would be 3 & 1/3

Divide niyo po yung improper fraction para mas detailed, 26÷9=2 remainder 8 yan po yung sagot gawin niyo nalang po yan into mixed number (2 8/9) for checking 9×2=18+8=26 sana nasagot ko po tanong niyo
