As a semi professional goalkeeper I have advise on your dive when you land, I see that you’re landing either straight or diving and landing behind you. Keep your momentum forward and dove towards the balls so your body is ahead of your knees

Make sure you have amazing catching and distribution first. Diving is the last thing you resort too.

I know how to dive but I’m still revising this before a game the next day, Hot tip: Bring the ball in (towards your chest like a hug) because players WILL run at you for the ball in hope of getting it in, I’ve been hugging the ball on the ground my self and have been kicked in the face multiple times.
