Thanks for the great information! But as I put the document no. I get this message; Verify the doc # you entered. Do not use the letter "o" in a doc #. Enter zero. What shall I do?

The effective date can be the date after you file e-dissolution. It can be the very next date you are filing your dissolution electronically.

Hi James, great channel! I have a question: I would rather dissolve my LLC than pay the annual reporting fee of $138.75. So here's my question, can I hold on to my LLC through mid-April and dissolve then, but then not be expected to submit an annual report for the previous calendar year of operations? Thank you.

I have filed the articles of dissolution in Florida for a C-Corp on Jan 24 2022 but as I was waiting until now to file the federal final return. I see on Form 966 instructions that f966 must be filled within 30 days after the resolution or plan is adopted to dissolve the corporation. What should I do in this case? Thank you.

if you dissolve your LLC, but you have to owe a remaining amount for your sales taxes. Will you have to file that amount when taxes season comes.

you would need to file your annual tax forms 5472 for single member LLC and 1065 for multi member LLC'S

Why pay to dissolve it when the state can do it for free if you just let it lapse?
