I think this podcast is necessary. Jamila talks over folks, yells and cut the guest off. I think once they have more episodes, she’ll find her groove. And that’ll allow Tara to have more of a voice on the podcast. Kudos for allowing this space to exist.

Thank you so much for your feedback. . . Truthfully Sis, these first interviews hit me hard. I was on the couch talking with my sisters. And, to be honest I wasn't really thinking about it as television or radio. I viewed it as our healing circle. A lot they said triggered my own trauma. Instead of them being guests that I was removed from, I took a lot of it personally. That's where you see all of my emotions bursting out . . . It's definitely a learning experience. I promise to get better.

Cant wait to be sending a message -congratulating you ladies on the success of this podcast. I am so proud of you and what you’ve accomplished since being released! Sending so much Detroit LOVE to yall. Keep being dope & see yall at the top of podcast list. Cheers❤

@@JamilaTDavisOfficialI love how gracefully you took her feedback. I was listening and had the same feedback to offer. We know it’s out of passion because you so closely identified with her experiences. It’s just nice to see you take the constructive criticism so maturely. Some KZreadrs will cuss you and you and your whole family for much less.

This is a great podcast . Let Tara talk more you have to bounce off each other energy . Jammiliah is controlling the conversation not letting the guest finish their thoughts or even their co host . Listen more ! Maybe give us a pod where you give your testimony so you give other people the space to share their testimony

Jammilah great interview. I just feel like you didn’t allow Tara and the quest to talk you kept talking over them instead of allowing them to talk. Other then that it was a great interview.

I love this❤ it was hard to navigate through the yelling which I don’t think was intentional I think she was just excited and interested.. and her talking her the guest seemed to just be her expressing interest but good story ❤

I have had the privilege to sit beside both, Tonesa Welch and Tara Wallace as a support system and advocate for them. Tonesa’s story not only exemplifies a pillar of strength, it serves as a space for hope and purpose to be reborn again. Domestic Violence is no joke. It not only leaves physical scars, but mental and emotional bruises too. Ty ladies, for being a light to women that are still in the dark and suffering from the disease of abuse. Im super proud of you T Wall and I will continue to use my voice to support you and Jamila!

I’m so locked in to these interviews. I’ve watched 2 so far. One thing i thought i should mention is the sound. In both episodes i was having trouble hearing what was being said but then i realized it’s because you guys wasn’t facing the mic. Y’all should probably get mics that go on your shirt but still keep that same view. Or just figure out a way to make that better. Either way I’m tuned in and i love what yall are doing
