Everything looks good when re-assembled but i have poor pressure. You mentioned a pressure switch when aligned back the main switch underneath the chemical valve. Is there something i need to do there to get back pressure? Thx Gabriel

    esta bien que el video sea para vender sus piezas pero tambien deberia explicar el funcionamiento de cada pieza de cada valvula, que funcion cumple en la maquina cada una de ellas y que porblema ocasiona cuando estas fallan. solo asi podremos darle u like y conteste las preguntas que le hacen como que aceite usar. gracias. this well the video is to sell their pieces but also should explain how each part of each valve , which meets function in the machine each and porblema caused when these fail. Only then can we give u like and answer the questions asked as to oil use.

    Hi mate Excellent video. Great description and no music. Brilliant. I disassembled mine before looking at this. I have found a minute cracking in the chemical injector housing and so need to order a portion on the pump to replace I guess. My question is that with the hose attached I have no leek or very small. When the pump us turned on, it increases in pressure but not to the level you would expect to get when it's in use. Do I need to worry about all the valves etc. It's hard to understand why the small spring loaded pin that enters the electrical connector has no movement because the chemical calve when inserted shoves it to its maximum position. Is that correct. The cracking was caused by a friend not emptying during winter. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks Tony By the way you forgot to connect the electric connection just prior to screwing down the pump assembly or can that be done afterwards on that model? Thanks again.

    From your description, you have 2 issues with the tool. The on/off switch sounds to be defective and should be checked. The not building pressure could result from a plug, defects or cracks in the pump or pistons or a defective pressure valve. Sometimes if the pressure washer is allowed to freeze with a small amount of water left inside it will cause damage to the internal workings or even cause the housing to crack. It's difficult to diagnose without seeing the tool .

    Hi When i lifterd up the piston assembly then there was no oil in motor but there were some grease. Kärcher 4.99. But somehow I managed to spill some water in the motor (next tilted plate and bearings). I think it would be wise to clean it all up and add some grease (or should there be oil)?

    +michael coster Take a look at the pressure check valve and see if it is coming apart. Another thing to look at is if you're in a cold climate, check the pump for any cracks. Sometimes water remains in the pump of the winter. This can freeze and damage the pump.

  • @FIXTechGuides

    @FIXTechGuides

    8 жыл бұрын

    +Harikrishna C M You may be able to use the PVC Pipe. The pressure on these electric models is usually not as high as some gasoline models. My concern would be not the constant pressure but the low to high pressure surges that may cause a failure with the hard PVC pipe and fittings.

    villijs33321 I read your question and felt I had to reply because I had a similar problem. I solved it by increasing the water pressure the the inlet of the washer. When water is used when rinsing for example it uses a higher volume than when using the shampoo or detergent. this seemed to fix it. Hope this helps.

    +Patrick Chinedu I believe you're referring to the quick connect the wand hose connects to on the pump. Correct? The Ball your see in the fitting can sometimes become stuck if the pump sets for a while. Hook the hose up to it and gently tap it before you start the motor. If that doesn't loosen it you can take if off from the pressure washer, tip it on it's end and put some spray lubricant in both sides and let it soak. These are also available on our site if it is bound too tightly.
