Another page listed out here for blocking push notifications has different info and it doesn't match my Chrome so I assume there are slight variations. Others praise him and his help - didn't work for me BUT these steps DO WORK here! I am a former IT guy in desktop support should be my area of expertise.

Thanks a lot for this. I have an adblocker extension on my chrome browser which blocks most ads, but pop ups & redirect ads on some sites were becoming too annoying. This helped a lot. No more pop ups & redirects now.

I dont know about computers or web sites but for sure you entered a site that somehow connects you to this popups (That's what happened to me) and it was a sports site
