I am about to go do my first-ever couples photoshoot with strangers and I am beyond nervous trying to prepare for it. This honestly helped so so much thank you for showing us that behind-the-scenes directing I feel a lot more prepared! Wish me luck haha

@@Dakren12 It was actually pretty fun! The couple was pretty awkward and goofy so it wasn't as romantic as I was planning for but I was able to get some really cute photos of them! So I'd say it was a win :)

This was 100% the MOST AMAZING shoot I've ever seen. You have a phenomenal style.

Watching you direct and guide the couple through poses was amazing! You really have developed a great talent for creating incredible but natural poses

Even before I saw this this is exactly how I am when I did two sessions with a couple and I felt like I was being too extra 😂 it’s good to see that I’m not alone. I’m a hype woman when taking photos and I’m always complimenting people and telling them what looks good and it makes them comfortable and open up. I’m doing a maternity session for a friend of mine, so I’m taking notes. I did her engagement photos last year so we will already know the drill and my vibe when shooting ❤🎉

Also- I'd love to see a behind the scenes just like this, but with an older couple. Like a 40th anniversary photo shoot!

I have a whole new respect for people who do such personal photo shoots. You're amazing! You've found a way to get them to relax without ever telling them to relax.

I kinda started giving up on photography because I didnt think I had it in me anymore. I have tried and tried and cant get these beautiful pictures due to editing but a big one posing. I LOVED how you explained to the couples how to pose and how easy it was to understand. I want to thank you for letting me come behind the scenes with you!

I never comment on videos. Ever. But I HAVE to say THANK YOU. Your behind the scenes are the absolute most helpful and incredible content I've seen to help a photographer looking for better images out of their Engagement/Couple session. I've been photographing for about 8 years, and after watching this before a shoot the other day, I was amazing at how much it enhanced the: 1 - comfort of everyone 2 - the fun 3 - the natural-ness of the images 4 - the quality of my images.
