Right before the holidays in 2023 was probably one of or maybe even the hardest of my life I lost my home my friends life was going great up until then now I'm just trying to pick up the pieces I have always had a battle with depression for as long as I can remember but now it's so much worse with every gone I was the person you said not to be the one thinking about death to much after seeing this video I wouldn't say I have a new perceptive but I will say it has helped me and I thank you

This video filled me with truth, meaning, life. I have just one doubt. If you write a death letter in, e.g. your early twenties, you night find other friends, grow your family, meet new important people and maybe the ones in the pass will have less importance. Can't you just write another death letter? Thank you so much for the video, DrUpauli, your words can change hearts and give hope to many lost in this world

That's a good point lol oops. Maybe every 10 years you can write a new one. I didn't think about that issue, thanks for bringing it up, I'll keep it in mind for the future

I think a death letter doesnt really matter until youve reached the final stage of life or at least when ur on the cusp of losing ur own sentience.
