Was so worried about my scoot. It was making awful noises, but I took my bars off and tightened my compression and now it sounds better than it did when it was new. Thanks so much, Raymond! Your rock!

Great video on home maintenance of scooters! That said given the amount of vibration generated in riding I tend to use some Locktight Blue on screw threads to prevent them from loosening.

Every thing that Raymond says is helpful and inspiring

Wish I has this video about 3 months ago. My prodigy’s compression was over tightened, my bars and deck weren’t spinning properly. Couldn’t figure out why and I am a noob to scooters so I was afraid to pull it apart. About a week ago I decided to pull apart the head set and put it all back together and found my compression was too tight to undo by hand, so I used a rubber mallet on my Allen key undid it and did it back up just hand tight and my deck spun like butter, so smooth and so fast. So I guess in the envy factory they over tightened my compression, because that’s how it came out of the box. I still can’t tail whip but I’m a lot closer to tail whipping now, still practicing and trying to get it. This video showed the exact problem I had, only briefly when he was talking about compression, but still. Thanks Raymond, I’m a big fan! Love your vids

I’ve never had anyone else dial work on my scooter, I just don’t trust anyone else as I’m 12 and spent birthday money and Christmas money building my scooter. For some reason I like working on my scooter more than riding lol

Just tighten the bolts up a little more than usual and if the wheels for some reason feel not at slick put wd40 or graphite on it

@@dumdumlegacy3251 wd40 will mess up the bearing a ton never use wd40 its horrible for ur scooter its a degreaser use actual grease

Oof man. Try to unscrew the clamp (take the bolts off), step on the deck and pull as hard as you can. If it doesn't come out, well you're screwed.

For a begginer either get a mgp vx7 or somat like a blazer pro for a begginer dont get a nice scooter for ur first one
