    The RDLs are awesome! I started doing them a lot during quarantine because I only had dbs and thought i'd work on the exercise, and now theyre a favorite of mine. Great overall video though man, keep up the youtube grind!

    Thank you ! This is what I need to turn myself in to a decent adult athlete 🙏 I ran a 10.85s at 16 years old, but I had horrible front side technique where I would brake hard which led to bad injuries ( I was probably running a 6.7-6.8s 60m but could only manage 10.8 - got 6.72s through light gates ) I wonder what I can do as an adult if I can fix my top end 🤔

    Do you think a mechanical treadmill with its built in resistance options is a good way to increase top speed?

  • @Performancelabofcalifornia

    @Performancelabofcalifornia

    Good question. Depends on the particular issue you are trying to address with the mechanical resistance, but in general, no.

    @@Performancelabofcalifornia mainly because the weather is bad and I don't have access to a pull sled so I was thinking it could be an alternative resistance sprinting option for indoors. Same with the mechanical treadmill without resistance applied for general sprinting / trying to increase top speed

    The foot ground contact at 5:35 is FALSE - any runner should always make mid-foot contact, not on the toes/forefoot only!
