I spray it on my hair and let it sit for about 15-30 minutes and then I shampooed with the Shea Moisture JBCO shampoo which is my favorite shampoo. This was the first time I noticed so much buildup and I think it's because I used the Shea Moisture JBCO Gel.

I like it a lot better than interlocking, I like the way my locs look and it's faster. Definitely sticking with it.
Did you shampoo after you wash the ACV out?

How often do you condition your locs?

I haven't conditioned my locs for about 2 months. I haven't had a need for it and I'm moving away from using conditioners. I use a light leave in conditioner though
this honestly seems a lot harder and more time consuming than just dunking your hair in an acv mix

I haven't tried it that way so I wasn't sure. My hair was shorter so dunking in an ACV mix seemed unnecessary.
