Only thing thats not stock is the brushes which are wavenwater which are free online if you just type that in.

Gone through this before - the answer is a solid no . Just doesn’t preform well , the only short cuts I use is B for brush , P for pen tool A for selection , Copy and paste and cmd D which is deselect, everything else I just use the help search function as it’s much easier to go about the program and look for things

Depends, screen print if you wan the true vintage feel but you lose detail in the colors, or DTG for detail but the feeling of a dtg print isn’t the best feel cheap

Yes , both a drawing tablet and a drawing pen. This can be done without one but I would recommend you use a pen the one I got is about 40 usd
