Thanks for this! Can I ask why you have so many deliverables? What would you include in the getting ready? Are you making another GR highlight?
Only done three weddings, but I have good luck using OneDrive. I create a folder to put their videos in and create a link to that folder. I share that link with them, and they can share that with anyone else. I also create a QR code for that link so they can use either one. I also make a Blu-ray disc with a graphical label, so it looks like real movie packaging (and a few extra BD's in sleeves). One last thing I include are two thumb drives. AND the packaging all that comes in has their QR code on the back, so it's easy to share with anyone.

This sounds like a great approach! What Blu-Ray authoring software do you use? I've been searching for a good option, but finding information has proved painful.
There seems to be no indication on how to upload the Logo
why not to upload the whole video and just do chapters like you showed instead of upload every single video clip?
I've gotten simple things wrongs plenty of times before so it could be me but the htfw20 coupon isnt working kemosabes!
