I can’t do this because of the stupid meta settings thing it ruins it and I really need to delete the account.

My Instagram was deleted and I download it back and I don't remember my password I remember my name but not my password how to get it back🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺❤❤

I'm not being given an option to set new password,when I tap "forgot password "it says something went wrong
