Follow the steps below to delete Instagram account on PC:
1. Open instagram.com in the browser on your PC and make sure you are logged into your Instagram account.
2. Select Profile in the bottom left.
3. Once on your Instagram profile page, select the gear next Edit Profile to bring up the settings menu.
4. In the settings menu, select Settings and Privacy.
5. Select See more in Accounts Center.
6. Choose Personal Details in the left menu, then select Account ownership and control.
7. Select Deactivation or Deletion.
8. Select the Instagram account you want to delete.
9. Choose Delete account and then select Continue.
10. Enter your Instagram password to confirm you want to delete your Instagram account.

Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the game? If so, it might be a good idea to uninstall and reinstall Steam.

I've tried that several times. I've tried turn the firewall and antivirus off as well. I'm thinking about installing it on a external hard drive, but I think that could just be a waste of time. I don't see how the hard drive could be the issue. I've seen other people with the same problem and they just gave up on it. I've sent tickets to Frontier but haven't heard anything back. Of course I'm not even sure how I'm supposed to hear back from them in the first place. I even tried buying the Odyssey upgrade and that was just a waste of $44. Why don't they make it so we can get help? Thank you for your time my friend.@@GaugingGadgets
