Rw9 Vs Beastmode 1v1 game in Gamers8 Rocket League Lan. Rw9 is undispited the greatest goal line defender in the game. And the way he does it is very crafty. And although it may look simple, because he does his movements differently to other players he gets an advantage which people find hard to emulate.
In this replay I highlight the power of breaking prior to a power slide when compared to the standard method. I also cover the wear the opponent down method, and teach the secret technique of the triangle defensive system, which is a completely new method of looking at defence that has helped many of the pacifist players level their defence up way beyond where they started in a 6 week period.

If you can't find it here, you probably don't need it. Although if everyone starts doing the pacifist system it'll get alot tougher in rl lol

In what situations should we use perfect sideflip? I never noticed that just holding direction button before jump could have so much difference.

Haha its crazy the slight tweaks, perfect side flips are for blocks if you are perfectly aligned with the ball or if you are funnelling someone down the side wall you would use a perfect side flip to keep it moving in the same direction without you getting demo'd (ideally).
Is it only because the opponent have boost that they don't go for mechanical plays or is it that it's a tournament and they are partially under mental pressure?
