Awesome. Love that walkthrough and tips. Had a q though - my squad really struggles to counter heavy shields, we'll pull back from the cashout and defend at range but as soon as a bubble-cap starts everyone needs to rush in to stop it and it's carnage. I've noticed in your clips there's never a bubble on the point so you've had a clear sightlines, but would be interested to see how you deal with a less than ideal position.

Yeah! The super strat, and what you see in many of these clips, is to fight the enemy team over each inch of ground before the point. If they have to spend cooldowns early, they won't have them for the defuse. It's like a moba in that way. In the first clip for instance, I don't engage until after their bubble tech has been used and I wait until the hitmarkers indicate that the heavy is shielding the opposite way. If you can't do that, the two tech answers are: 1. Trap the point with mines. Two explosives below will drop it down a floor and interrupt the take. A gas mine outside the bubble will AOE into it and get kills. 2. Position the turret so that it shreds the dome once it gets dropped, and make sure your teammates are on the same page. It's important to hold your CL shots because they don't do very much to the dome, but they are great at clearing out body blocking players on the point. Quick bit of unsolicited advice/whining: it's a bit tough to track your subtitles because they just kind of appear/change/disappear. Makes it really tough to tell when something new has come up while I'm trying to watch the sweet gameplay. In my humble opinion, it would be good if you add some animation to the text. Nothing crazy, just have the card slide up from the bottom when it appears and slide down when it's done. Then, when you transition from one sentence to another, it's pretty easy to tell via peripheral vision as it's sensitive to motion. Just a suggestion. I'll hop along now 😊
