Great vid, as always - and it shows too how it really doesn't take too long to do even a deep clean. When doing interiors, I like to work my way down, starting with the headliner, pillar trim and seatbelts (as they take the longest to dry.) Headliners are tricky to clean, since you don't want the cloth or foam behind it to break away from the molded form. I start with a gentle vacuum brushing but what does Adam's recommend so to not create any water stains etc?

what's the best way to clean the microfiber towels, sponge applicators, and brushes?

Good video. When I bought my car I cleaned with leather interior cleaner and then coated it with your ceramic UV & Vinyl coating. Should I condition the leather after I clean it?

Ive been using Adams leather conditioner for years, I love it. However, its usually gone in like 3 days.

So what do you recommend for a dashboard that needs more protection? Old Infiniti dashboards deteriorate very extremely and begin to crack and bubble. Does Leather Conditioner provide ample UV protection?

Guys - most new cars with “leather” interiors are actually a combination of leather and material to promote wear and longevity- does this process still apply?

I use the Leather Conditioner on my cars, and I will say its well worth it. Only time I have used the rejuvinator oil is when I run across a vehicle that has been neglected. Aka has not had any leather conditioner. If you do maintenance cleanings and use conditioner, you should be good to go. It works great on hybrid interior panels and plastic trim pieces. I highly recommend it across the board (speaking to the Leather Conditioner)

According to most youtube detailers, this is just hype marketing, the leather has its own coating from the factory these days, so none of these products will penetrate that coating and actually touch your leather. Just had this discussion with “PAN THE ORGANIZER”. If you don’t know him check him out. I will say I notice additional softness from the leather conditioner, so I’m no expert.

@@chrisryan8894 I would have to disagree completely with the YT detailers. Now I dont consider Pan a YT detailer. He is quite a smart individual and a Chemist by trade. But, leather conditioner products have been used for years. Any professional upholstery shop or anyone who has experience in hides (leather) will tell you that conditioning your leather on a regular basis is key to keeping from cracking etc... There is no coating that can be applied to a leather that will keep it from drying out due to element exposure. It needs regular cleaning and reconditioning.

Make your own decision 👍 and keep in mind just because it’s been around a long time doesn’t mean is usefulness hasn’t ended

And then check the comments where I specifically ask him about Adam’s leather conditioner, his response is clear , products lose their usefulness you know, just because it’s been used for years doesn’t mean it’s still necessary now

How do you know if your dash is leather

Does it still smell the same as it did a couple years ago? Was not a fan of the smell
