Your wife does a great job keeping the steamer head moving quickly over the Alcantara. She knows her stuff! I shy away from odor removal jobs because I don’t have a ozone generator. I get a lot of cheap ass customers that don’t want to pay a premium for odor removal service even though it takes several more hours of work than a standard interior detail.

Thank you! Yes she does know her stuff 💪. I mean a premium detail is a premium detail no matter the demographic. How often do I get Ozone Generator jobs maybe 2 a month. Which is not many my demographic isn’t crazy. It’s your reputation experience and confidence of ensuring the customer is in good hands. I’ve had issues at first when customers would ask what is your best interior package I would just say and ask what are you looking for maybe I can help dial in what you truly need and want. Then I direct them to the package. After they get educated they say wow sure I’ll book now that’s exactly what I need. Or no thank you. I spend 5 min on the phone with a customer tops. A deep interior detail should take for a sedan a mid size suv between 2-2.5 hours.

My charger smells like something died in it I barely drive mayb couple of times every 3 months kinda smells like mildew and spolied milk I changed out cabin filter and cleaned my air filter

Hey Joe I apologize for the late reply. Nothing ever spilled or have left food under the seat by accident. I've had someone leave like a hamburger by accident wedged under the passenger seat and smelt horrible. All that's needed first is figure out the source. Deep clean then do like a air bomb treatment/odor treatment in the interior. You should be all set to go

😂😂😂. Yeah I’ve been slacking a bit. It’s just me now detailing my wife is on a little break visiting family. So hard to record and detail when my wife helps me immensely! I do have another vehicle this week plus new videos the following week with surprise guests! So those we don’t want to miss out on! 💪💪
