When I go up against a mega-turtle Terrran, I just use the opportunity to expand a lot, mass up BCs, and warp them into the middle of the opponent's base, bypassing most of their defenses. Not much they can do to a bunch of BCs popping up far from their Maginot Line and firing off a storm of Yamatos to their critical facilities. Usually there ends up either being a poorly coordinated scramble to pull anything that can shoot up back from the line, or they get salty and leave on the spot. Sometimes they'll have a few Thors or BCs of their own and try to fight back with those, but they usually have not many, since they're basically stuck running on a 2 (or very occasionally, 3) base economy, vs your 4-5 bases

Yea , turtle player are really annoying and easy to deal with by massing BC.

​@@namanhnguyenhoang2695 I just faced a mega turtle terran and it was the worst experience in two months playing. I had to make my way around the entire map full of mines and turrets with storms and even after I destroyed the bulk of his base, instead of surrendering, he started building spaceports in other points of the map, sending VIKINGS against me hoping that they can do something . I'm not a violent person but players like that make me want to kick them in the teeth

The way I always looked at it is if you can’t pick him apart with multiprong …then expand and increase your capacity to remax faster than he could ever off his few bases. Which the latter is probably more important…in case you have to throw away an army

All I have had for tvt is turtle Terran. Hard core turtle terrans. By 6:30. You can’t land in the base without fifty turrets and tanks and planateries

@@PiGCoaching for some reason just now saw this. I do have a question. Why do I seem to struggle in 1v1 but in 2v2. Absolutely dominate. Same builds, timings everything. Several times beating 1v2. But I can’t get anywhere in 1v1

When they turtle, you expan. Max out then attack move.

90apm i wish im.barely 60. Struggle cracking the protoss version with 200 cannons and skytoss

I play really greedy anyways if i can get away with it. Sometimes i lose to aggression if i miss somthing. I don't have issues with bcs or carriers. But i have issues with some turtle terrans. Most the time i can just bulldoze them. Other times ill send max army supply(around 120 supply with 80-85 drones against terran) my first wave of roaches hit around 9 mins and just get destroyed but ill almost get through so i hurry and max out avain and bam. Dead again. I know what my issue is. But patience is just so difficult. Ill usually just try using blinding cloud with swarm host and brood lords. If it diesnt work i just gg out and play again. It sucks because only with zerg do i have this issue but they have all the tools you need. I just suck at microing 5 differnt armys. Ive been playing almost 2 months and have made it to gold with all 4 choices. But turtle terran with zerg requires good micro and Patience witch i have neither.

I was zerg and played against this. Took over the map, and I just kept headbutting him with roach Ling Bane. I won, but it was a bit tough. But now I know to probably just get vipers, broods or ravagers mixed in for next time. Sometimes I see cheese like over half my games in NA. So I don't blame em for super turtling 😅

Zerg have it a bit easier if their creep spread is okay, imo. You have a lot of map vision and Terrans and Protoss can't build on creep.

Yoo how can i send you a replay? I swear man i was playing this mega turtle terran player eith shit load of turrets and pf .. it was hella late and my last game of that night .. i think he made me play him for 45 mins i got stuck my back was hurting and that didnt help either on thinking corrwctly man .. turns out i did play mega mega greedy by taking all. Bases and at the end i just flew in al my berracks and factorys of frustration i never had that problem and i deff dont like playing those late games ..

If I see a planetary in natural and no expand.. I am 97% sure they are trying to print BCs like an ape.. so just keep doing my build UNCHANGED. If you go "OMG I can take 6 bases, skip Units and build 80 SCVs" the game goes like this: In 3-4 minutes the first 2 BCs tp into your undefended bases.. and kill 80 SCVs. 😂

Rushing vipers is hard when the zerg is under pressure. You should never leave a zerg to do what he wants beyond 5 mins. And I always felt that DTs underperform heavily for the cost if the enemy is expecting them. So scouting to figure out how likely they are (ex early twilight) and build detection.
