Try to add additional change that would get them onboard 6. Share wins 7. Getting higher level stakeholders onboard(escalating to leadership team)

    A lot of BA's do not take the time to understand what's currently working. Unless the entire system is irretrievably broken, take time to make incremental and useful changes.

    Great video. Where do #businessAnalysts come from? I had never heard the term before 2011 -- is this a relatively new term, only from the last few decades? What is the history of business analysis? What does it mean to "analyze a business"?? Are there any seminal books on the top, in your field?
