Hows it holding up ? Should the object be prepped or sanded before adding the black

Its doing OK but there are a couple of chips in the black paint.
it will look ok for a short amount of time there is only one way to do it permanent

@@cazares2012 sand it start from 320 to 600 then primer, the main color then clear coat
I did it and even soak it overnight and nothing just Got. Shiny bought a whole gal For this purpose NO THANK YOU
