HOW TO DE-BADGE YOUR CAR | VW POLO | MK5
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
In this video, I de-badged the VW Polo and it looks much better. The rear end now only needs the diffuser to be complete. On the next video, we will be Installing the Vland Headlights. If you would like to follow the build please subscribe to our channel and join the team.

Oh man that is so smart, definitely wouldn't have had the problem I had with snapping the floss. Very smart. Definitely recommend the fishing line over the floss.
My car is looking very cool 😎

Thank you I appreciate it
This was my favorite little mod on my polo ( SMALL thing big difference in looks) What performance mods to you have in mind for your build? Do you also have the 1.2 tsi?

I'm with you, extreamly simple to do and makes such a massive difference. Thank you for the comment, performance wise, I would like to put an exhaust, remap stage one , then after that possibly keep going with the 1.2 engine mods if the channel does good definatly push the engine to stage 3. After that I'm looking at a 1.8t engine. And the building that one. The goal is to have the fastest street POLO in Western Australia. But with that dream comes a lot of expensive parts so I'll definitely need to save for them.

@@OnlyMods Nice - I have the same idea. Thinking of going cat-less also. I almost sold my polo. But decided to keep it and build it further. Its a nippy car and really enjoyable. (Running costs and fuel - Perfect in my opinion for a daily) Its not a 2L of v6 but yeah. >>>> But like you say expensive lol XD "Rome wasn't build in a day"

@@HRCUSTOMZ. Thank you for the encouragement. You made the right decision. Definatly a great daily. You should let me know how it sounds cat less. I'm keen for a performance exhaust upgrade but not sure if I want to go catless or just rear muffler delete.
Nice do you have référence for logo ?

Hey man sorry for late reply. I am working on a polo video at the moment. The next polo vid will have a link to some black out badges. I painted these myself but they chip so I have some extra ones for the new video
I don't know whether to do this myself, I think it'll lose its charm if I remove mine. Where did you get your diffuser from? I want to get one too for my 6c bumper but struggling to find one. Had a highline cluster with MFD+ installed a few weeks ago, I love the needle sweep it does 😎

Yes I know what you mean I was worried that the polo would look weird without the badges, but I actually really dig the look. Some cars do not suit the debadge look but thankfully the polos suit it good in my opinion. No way so you have a new instrument cluster? Which one did you buy ? Can you please send a link im curious. I ended up purchasing both the diffuser and a set of fins from all express, the descriptions say that they should fit on the 1.2 polo mk5 but we will have to wait and see, I am extremely excited for that video

I got a cluster from a blue GT fitted. I managed to find a bloke in London who knows how to modify them. I'm struggling to find a diffuser (or valance, whatever it's called) to fit a standard 6c bumper. I find loads that fit a 6r. I do wonder if one for a 6r would fit with a bit of modifying

Thats sounds awesome. And yes I understand what you mean I Found it quite hard to find a diffuser that looked like it will fit ill definitely leave a link if the diffuser i purchased fits and doesn't take to much modification to fit nicely. I'm keen for it to arrive.

Sorry man I have no idea what you mean . I don't have a badge on the wondow so not sure what badge you are referring too.
Hey which is that spray u used? To remove those stickers i mean those yellow lines?

Thank you for the comment, it is called (EASY OFF oven cleaner.) It is the bomb when it comes to removing sticky stuff. I even spray a layer on my front bumper to remove the dried up bugs. Very handy to have but is actually toxic. It itches your hands and the fumes make you cough. But honestly it is worth it, makes light work of everything I've used it for.

@@OnlyMods thanks so much for the info man...my polo is kinda modified and all and some of the stickers were there for around 3 years and like i removed it but i can still see the sticker so i just need to know if the easy of cleaner can remove it
@OnlyMods

Yes is should be able to, might need a little scrubbing but will work. If the stickers are extreamly stuck, you should try a citrus based goo remover they normally work pretty good with stickers.

If you watch my very first video I show you guy to remove the front and read badge aswell as how to paint them. If I was to do it again I would prime it before painting it black .
Should have kept tsi
