commrad10108325 ..... Those may be tabi socks. Japanese socks with a separate area for the big toe. They match the rubber soled, cloth shoes worn by carpenters. Some socks even have separate areas for each toe. Warm in the winter.

So is it a specific kind of razor or knife? lol was too busy staring at the socks with flip-flops...

cutting Plexiglass on horse rather on a flat surface and then using a knife with free hands to deepen the cuts and mess it up......just brilliant work skills!!!

Excellent video how to NOT cut plexiglass.

From what I've read on line most fine tooth power saws can cut plexiglass for most needs.

What about cutting inside corners or just shapes in general?

I think Your first scoring was good enough. If you used that leveler that I saw in the beginning to hold down the other side, along the score line, you will have gotten a good snap.. I just kind of did this, using two wooden yardsticks, one on each side and got the cleanest snap.. thanks for the video I know it was forever ago ,but if you didn't know at this moment socks and slides seem to be the thing now.lol

One score is good enough when it comes down to glass but plexiglass is a little different because it's plastic and it might not break right there on that line

Cutting perspex can be so tricky. Many times I've spent 10mins trying to cut perspex for picture frames and right at the end when I'm snapping it off it doesn't snap correctly and ruins the sheet that I can't use anymore.

How bout cutting in curves eg. For a vehicle side window

one should never risk going to a bachelor party without a sheet of plexi

great work! you look like you have done this before.

put painterstape on both sides and take a jigsaw or cirklesaw make sure the cutting line is in the middle of the tape.

pretty much how to do it if you don't care how good it looks run the risk of cutting yourself by running your bare hand down the fresh edge wear flip flops so you can injure your foot/feet as a bonus actually this could be a video for how NOT to cut plexiglass

DON"T ever use the blade without some guide as the one he used, it's common that blade goes wrong direction & mess up the surface. and at least when you finish cutting try to bind it on something flat and has sharp edge as table.. like and thanks for the video

Can’t beat a table saw, or circular saw with a carbide saw blade for clean cuts on acrylic (plexiglass), or polycarbonate (lexan).

Clamping down a level may not be a good idea. I'd use a sheet rock square or a length of metal.
