How to cut out hair in Photoshop
To cut out hair in Photoshop, start by choosing the quick selection tool.
Choose select subject. Then click select and mask and refine hair.
With the properties panel, you can change the background color for preview.
You can also click the decontaminate colors checkbox and change the slider value.
You can then use the refine brush and touch up the areas that need more help.
Save it as a new layer and you are all set. You can add a different colored background as well by creating a new layer under your original layer.
