The chest line is mostly 2 inches above the bust line

Ok … just follow the tutorial. If I’m cutting a gown, i’m still going to cut the upper part this way and just attach the lower part to this. If you don’t mind, please reconstruct your question again so i can help you 🙏🙏

Hello.. your waist line is around your belly button that is if you are making a skirt or pant.. but for a dress, you can come down one and half inch below your under bust.. i hope you understand 😊
