How to Cut, Copy and Paste, Part 1 of 2
Ғылым және технология
Cutting, copying and pasting text, data, pictures and more are so basic and so essential to using computers that learning how to do it should be required before you get your "license to drive a computer." All kidding aside, on a computer almost nothing is more useful, more often than being able to quickly and accurately move data around on your computer.
Yet, many computer users have never learned or used these simple techniques for cutting, copying and pasting.
This video will introduce cutting, copying and pasting by demonstrating how to copy and paste simple text within a word processor. You can share this video with someone you know who needs a simple lesson in the basics of this essential computer skill. Ask them to watch the video, try the concepts and practice until they master it.
Part two of this series will cover more techniques for cutting, copying and pasting so any viewer can quickly become an expert in moving data around.

You’re really good at making videos
Fred, I noticed your Flowbee sitting on the top shelf. I'm 71 years old, bought it when they first came out and I'm still using it to this day with the little hair I have left. I just had to mention it cause you're the only other person I know that still has one. Nice video by the way!

Well, that comment triggered my curiosity, I’m 75 years old, and unfortunately, my hair is also thin, and worn right down to the jute. And I’ve gotten so old, that it probably shouldn’t matter anymore, but I have experimented with some toupees, that didn’t really help the situation any, and was actually worse, and the exact opposite extreme, unless I’d wanted hair as thick as dog fur. So what’s a Flowbee, will it grow hair?
I have known for many years about copying and pasting, or cutting and pasting but it does not always work. I was just trying to copy and paste a news article onto my facebook page. Must have clicked the drop down menu 20 times and just did not work. It would not show paste. This is not the first time the basic copy and paste has not worked. The word paste is usually greyed out so it is unable to be used. I enjoyed this video though as you take your time so a person can follow every word you say. I will subscribe to your videos due to this as you never know when I will have another question.
You take for every get to point , get point you done .
Brilliant thank you
Thank you vary much you explan
Maybe if I would’ve continued watching longer, he would’ve explained it, but I stopped around halfway through. But no doubt, he was giving some very helpful information for those who use a computer, and i’m probably wrong, but I would assume that most people, outside of a work related business, where a laptop is more suitable, would instead use their phone?
Fred is very good. He I is a great instructor.
