For this particular tutorial or dress "yes" However, it's also possible not to cut through your CB to the floor, even if a zipper allowance is considered at the back

Hello dear ❤ Thanks for your comment 💋 0:24 I used 3inchs neck width then neck depth for the back half, then for front 3inchs 1inch for shoulder slop then I add half at the shoulder line for seam allowance

Thanks for watching, well you can call it a simple A line gown with Peter pan collar 🤷‍♀️

After sewing it,the crotch area was not good, i had to cut a strap to creat space for my boobs before i was comfortable
