For the second gathers, did you weave it with a weaving machine or you just hemmed it before gathering it??

I hemmed it . But it was tiny hemming. Afterwards I proceeded to gather it

My round Armhole is 16" so I multiplied it by two to get 32" (16×2=32) OR YOU FOLD YPUR FABRIC INTO 2 AND THEN MEASURE 8 ×2=16" for the width
