I don't really get cus my client did not complain of anything But if the waist line is not sitting on your waist like you can always adjust it, reduce to the length you want

Yes u can use crepe and 3 yards is ok for you if you know how to manage fabric First Cut all the upper part pieces on the upper part of the length of your fabric (60), then the remaining fabric length will be enough for the down part
