I've seen jig methods that use a circular saw - but you have to tape back the safety guard. Big potential for losing a couple of fingers... This is a lot less scary, and seems pretty fool-proof! Many thanks for sharing...

What screws/washers do you use throughout this project ? (size, type). And PVC size ?
Did you make a video about how to make the jig? What is the ratio and how do you find that angle? And, can you scarf 3 pieces together?

We do not have a seperate video. Listen carefully at the the beginning as I describe how to build the jig using scrap wood. The ratio/angle varies by wood thickness. In this video for the FRS-12 we use 3" for 3/16" thick. I do not recommend scarfing more than two pieces to gather at one time.

It is 3/16" marine grade plywood. Check with your local wood suppliers or online. Plans are available for sale on our website. Link in description.

Nice tutorial my only advice as I've seen a couple of your videos now you may want to get an external mic to wear on your shirt. It's a little difficult to hear you. Especially in the garage that echos.
