HI thank so much for the tutorial and your excellent instruction and helpful hints. I do not own a Cricut yet. I have just sold a Scan a Cut it was useless with fabric but having a rotary blade on this cutter must make a huge difference. I shall defiantly, be looking in to buying one, thanks again.
How do you get ur pattern down load your pattern into the cricket machine are the special numbers

Hi, I have a question for you. Hopefully you can help me. I would like to know how to make a tote bag using the Cricut Maker. I do not know how to make the pattern with the machine. Like a square bottom bag for example. Thank you so much

You can probably buy a pattern (a cut file) to use with the Cricut ... have you checked their library of shapes?
I read you can cut up to four layers of fabric with the Cricut maker. I have a pattern where you have to cut on the fold,if you can cut through multiple layers that can be done right? I just got my Cricut Maker 2 days ago with out knowing much about it and I’m so confused

I think the fabric would slide around - the real issue would be keeping it from moving while cutting.
What iron are you useing?

It's a Black and Decker I think?
Can you just keep the zipper open to turn it right side out?

No because the zipper would be sandwiched between the lining and the outside :) - I tried it! LOL
