Fading Steps
- Set in guideline with 0 lever closed
- lever open set in next guideline
- 1 guard lever open next guideline
- 1.5, 2 , guard blend up
- Clipper over comb
- Blend second guideline w/ .5 guard open to 3 qtr
- Continue blending second guideline w/ 1 guard 3qtr
- Blend first guideline w zero, lever closed
- Open lever half way, continue blending
- Continue blending with lever open
- Do any touch up work
- Use trimmers to take out bottom hair
- Use electric shaver
- Do any line up with trimmers
- Shave with straight razor

@ triciathomas9230 Some of my first fades were not that good but over time you figured out what works I would recommend cordless clippers they are less sharp. Kids will wiggle so put one hand on top of their head to hold it and one hand on the clipper. When trying to get guide lines out use the corners of the blade.
