I love all your tutorials, they've always been easy to understand and straightforward... My question tho is, I use 9" for my hip line and my hip measurements is 37. You said to get the crotch we'll divide the hip by 4 and the answer is the crotch measurementby doing that I got 9.25... is that really what I'll use as my crotch line???
