I just finished binge-watching each and every single one of your videos from the very first to the very last. It took me three days and I took so many notes, it filled out my entire notebook ! :D I feel like I just graduated from Graphic Design school. I am so ready to start creating. Where i learned graphic designing i was told comic sans is the worst font to use for any kind of design & teacher teaches in big university since decades 😅 so not saying he's wrong or you are, it's actually up to individual's what they like & feel comfortable with!

Generally comic sans isn't the best font, but that's why I use it in the video, to show the power of customising typography!

I have taken your pencil tool worksheet and its really helpful. Edited: how do you create amazing design with pencil tool do you get an idea first and then work on the type or it's just your flow like people say creativity is in your DNA 😊

Glad to hear it's been helpful :) So I first find a couple of fonts that I like, they play about with them until I land on something that works, but I always do brand strategy before I start designing, so I already have a bunch of ideas and the direction I want to go in!

I really love your videos! just found you and just subscribe. If i can make a suggestions, could you go a little slower when you click, like half a second or so. it is now super hard to see what you are actually clicking and even if i want to pause the video it's hard cause it's so fast

I'm not sure if it's just me but I dont have the same tools or at least I cant find them or they are named different things. The ruler tool and pathfinder tool even after using the search button. I am US based and brand new to this program. Am I doing something wrong?

Morning Abi, I hope I find you well. I am a freehand illustrator or draw much better by freehand. I find the mouse so difficult to control and become frustrated when using the pencil tool. Do you use or recommend a tablet with a screen that I can link to my Adobe Illustrator on my mac.

I've never used a drawing tablet so I honestly can't comment, if you are connecting to a computer, do you need a screen on the tablet?
